With fire in the shape of twisting branches, the focus in the image is supported against a marble wall. It rests on the cooling of wet rocks on the shore of Marsh Creek Lake in Chester County, PA. I photographed the image in a whipping windstorm that made the lake act like the ocean. The experience of the moment could not be lost due to its awesomeness.
